Winter Bellini
This is our go-to cocktail when we want something simple, festive and delicious!
How to make this:
20ml of Cognac
15ml of lemon Juice
15ml of Apple Sage Honey Syrup
45ml of WATA Brut
Garnish with crystallized sage leaves
To make the crystallized sage leaves:
Brush the leaves with beaten egg whites.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Leave to dry for 12 hours then refrigerate.
