Winter Bellini

This is our go-to cocktail when we want something simple, festive and delicious!

How to make this:

  • 20ml of Cognac

  • 15ml of lemon Juice

  • 15ml of Apple Sage Honey Syrup

  • 45ml of WATA Brut

  • Garnish with crystallized sage leaves

To make the crystallized sage leaves:

  • Brush the leaves with beaten egg whites.

  • Sprinkle with sugar.

  • Leave to dry for 12 hours then refrigerate.
